Pricelist 202607 · evidence assessment

Weight loss, fat oxidation & muscle gain

36 entries: 31 retained from the original 83-entry audit, plus 4 researched additions from the newer PDF and SLU-PP-332. Included for claimed or studied weight loss, fat reduction or oxidation, muscle growth, or GH/IGF-related body recomposition. Inclusion does not mean demonstrated benefit. Product codes, evidence assessments and risk notes are retained; prices are omitted.

The 31 original assessments retain their supplied wording and have not been independently re-audited. The 5 additions were researched on 11 September 2026 and include source links. Read each rating for its stated population, formulation and outcome: the new L-carnitine and follistatin ratings concern the marketed injectable physique use, while CBL-514’s rating concerns the clinical formulation. Original HCG and B12 entries retain Strong labels for other indications despite negative weight-loss assessments.

  • Human efficacy and safety are unestablished. Fat-oxidation and endurance findings are preclinical; muscle gain is not established. Researchers report lack of oral bioavailability for SLU-PP-332, and the distinct analogue SLU-PP-915 is not interchangeable.
  • Renal proximal-tubule effects occurred in primate studies. Animal fat loss does not establish a safe human treatment; the small terminated human trial has no posted results.
  • Gene-therapy evidence does not validate a protein vial. Myostatin and activin interactions create unresolved systemic and endocrine risks; isoform and product identity matter.
  • “Lipo-C FOCUS” contains eria jarensis (N-phenethyl dimethylamine, an unapproved amphetamine-adjacent stimulant with zero human injection data); “SUPER SHRED” contains albuterol, a prescription beta-2 agonist. Both are cardiovascular-active drugs delivered parenterally at unverified concentrations.
  • Swissmedic's own laboratory analysed samples (26 March 2024) and found contents did not match the declaration and varied greatly between packs. In one sample the only substance detected was caffeine; in another, none of the declared ingredients could be found at all.
